Partial List of Requirements

1. You have to read the Bible from cover to cover, in chronological order, following our reading assignments.
    

2. This is a one-year program. You can take longer, but you can't take less than one year to read the entire Bible and complete other program requirements.
    

3. This is a 365-day program. You can take more days, but you cannot complete more than 1/365th of the program in any 24-hour period.
    

4. You have to answer one or two easy, obvious, no-brainer, no-trick questions on each of these 365 days. "Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?"
    

5. You must blog your answers to our questions. We will set up the blog for you. The blog will time-stamp your answers and will be a public record of your compliance with the terms of this wager. We will "monetize" the blog with advertisements of our choice which will bring us a minimum of $1,000 in revenue per year, enabling us to pay off the bet in the extraordinarily unlikely and improbable event that we lose this bet. You will get paid $1,000; we will retain all revenue generated above $1,000. All advertisements will be family-friendly; no gambling.
    

6. You are not required to provide any proof whatsoever that you can pay up when you lose this bet. (And you will lose.) You will not be required to give us your credit card number. You will not be required to send us a registered letter from your attorney or accountant certifying that $1,000 has been placed in escrow in the event you lose this bet. (And you will lose.) Since we're anarchists and don't believe in "the government," we're not going to go crying to "the government" when you lose this bet but won't pay up. (And you will lose.) 
    

7. If we lose the bet and don't pay, you may sue us in one of the government's courts, put a lien on our bank account, and send an armed Marshall out to shoot our dog, taser us, throw a flash grenade in our child's playpen, put us in handcuffs, waterboard us, lock us in a cage to be sodomized by a psychopath, and nuke our whole neighborhood "back to the stone age," but we won't sue you and ask the government to hurt you when you lose and don't pay. That's because we're anarchists, and you're not.

Millions of Americans believe that on "Independence Day" America celebrates the Freeing of the Slaves.

But America's Founding Fathers would laugh at you.

I'll prove that, and then show you how you can become

I'm assuming you realize the following (if I'm wrong, please click the "proof" link):

1. One of the issues in America's "War for Independence" is summed up in the slogan "No Taxation Without Representation."
   
   Today we have far more taxation than in 1776 with far less representation.

   1. Total taxes in the colonies, including the tea tax, "the Stamp Act," etc., was 1-2%. Maybe 3% in Virginia. [proof]

   2. Total taxes in today's U.S.A. -- assuming you pay even one dime in personal federal income tax (47% of Americans pay no income tax) -- average around 60%. That's 20x more than the taxes that gave rise to the American Revolution. [proof]

   3. The tax on tea which fomented "the Boston Tea Party" was 3 pence per pound of tea. [proof]

   4. We pay ten times that amount on every gallon of gas we buy -- but we don't throw gas into the Boston Harbor. [proof]

   5. We have far less "representation" than the colonies had. (Actually, the colonies did not want any representation at all in Parliament. They wanted their own representatives here in America.)

   6. Most of our laws are made by unelected bureaucrats and most of our money is taken without any representation at all.

   7. It is therefore an act of massive hypocrisy to celebrate a "Declaration of Independence" when its Framers would consider us slaves.

2. As in nations like Iran and North Korea, it would be illegal for a government employee in a government-run school in the United States of America to teach public school students that the propositions contained in the "Declaration of Independence" (1776) are objectively true.

   1. By "objectively true" I mean "true whether or not anyone actually believes them to be true."

   2. Granted, public school students in the U.S.A. can be taught that the Signers of the Declaration believed those things to be true "a long time ago."

      1. Implying that our government today is more highly evolved than the Founders

   3. Students can also be taught that the Signers really did not believe that what they wrote was true; it was all just a ruse to hoard their wealth and keep their slaves and escape Britain's environmental protection regulations.

   4. But public school students cannot be taught that the following propositions are true whether or not the People or the government accepts them to be true:

      1. that there really is a God, and His existence is a "self-evident truth"

      2. that our rights really are the product of the intelligent design of our Creator (not a gift from the government)

      3. that all Americans really are obligated to conform their lives to "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" (which Blackstone said are to be found "only in Holy Scripture").

      4. that one day our actions really must pass judgment with "the Supreme Judge of the world," which is Jesus, according to Matthew 25:31ff., as found in "The Jefferson Bible."

      5. that all Americans really should have "a firm reliance on
              the Protection of Divine Providence."

      6. that Americans have a duty -- not just a right --
              to abolish any government that becomes a tyranny.
                   This is a religious duty.
                   As Jefferson put it,
                      "Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God."
         (Secularists inevitably make the government their god.)
         
         
         All of these foundational propositions violate the modern myth of "separation of church and state." Therefore none of these truths can be taught as truth in a school controlled by the secular government of the United States.

      7. Public school teachers cannot "endorse" these principles of the Declaration of Independence. [proof]

      8. Public school teachers cannot "promote" these principles of the Declaration of Independence. [proof]

      9. Public school teachers cannot exhort students to stand up for these principles of the Declaration of Independence and risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor in defense of these principles, principles which made America the most prosperous and most admired nation in human history.

   5. It is therefore an act of massive hypocrisy to celebrate a document that is effectively banned in government-run schools.

3. The Declaration of Independence indicts Britain for

   1. "plundering seas"
   2. "ravaging Coasts"
   3. "burning towns"
   4. "destroying lives"
   5. "He is at this time transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation."
   6. These acts were performed with muskets and cannons.

   And yet the current regime in Washington D.C. is guilty of far greater acts of barbarism, cruelty, and perfidy: 

   1. Weapons of Mass Destruction
      • The United States is the world's largest arms dealer; one of the U.S.'s largest arms clients is the Islamic Theocracy in Saudi Arabia; the U.S. is the #1 source of all the world's weapons of mass destruction
      • Only the United States has used nuclear weapons against innocent non-combatant civilians
   2. The United States is the most evil and dangerous nation on earth
      • The United States has killed, crippled or made homeless tens of millions of innocent non-combatant civilians around the world in just the last 50 years.
        • As many as seven million human beings in the "war on terror."
        • As many as 3.6 million people died in the war in Southeast Asia, including the U.S. bombing of Laos and Cambodia. There is good reason to blame the U.S. for the rise of ISIS as a result of the debacle in Iraq, and equally good reason for blaming the U.S. for the rise of the the Khmer Rouge, after the U.S. bombing of Cambodia, adding 1-3 million more avoidable deaths.  
   3. The United States is responsible for the rise of communism, socialism, and fascism around the world
      • World War II was plotted by Communists in the Roosevelt White House to protect Stalin from Hitler, not to save the Jews. As many as 90 million human beings suffered as a result of a completely needless war.
      • FDR provoked Japan to attack so that the U.S. could prevent Japan from conquering Asia, to benefit Mao and his efforts to set up communism in China, which ultimately cost the lives of 76 million Chinese.
         
   4. The Framers of the Declaration of Independence would say that the current regime in Washington D.C. is the enemy of Christian civilization. [proof]

   It is therefore an act of massive hypocrisy to celebrate The Declaration of Independence in such a nation as the U.S.A.

If you're with me this far, you'll agree that NOBODY who signed the Declaration of Independence would be celebrating on the 4th of July.

You should also agree that the authors of the Declaration of Independence (based on the principles clearly articulated in that Document) -- and anyone who professed to agree with that Document -- should take immediate steps to abolish the current government in Washington D.C.

They would certainly abolish today's totalitarian, anti-Christian government over the American states.
 

Actually, we're all victims of educational malpractice, otherwise we would know what to do.

Most of us who realize the seriousness of our departure from America's founding charters don't really know what to do.

I'm talking about the kind of education that enabled ordinary farmers in upstate New York in the 1780's to understand the issues presented in The Federalist Papers, while modern American law school students complain that they are too hard to understand.

We need those fundamental principles.
